Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Continue to engage in the strategic planning process for the purpose of crafting effective relationships and long-term county planning; and
2. Continue the Strategic Planning Workshop to March 24, 2023 - 9:00 a.m. at the Benbow Inn, 445 Lake Benbow Drive, Garberville, CA 95542.

The Board will continue the strategic planning process that began on March 3, 2023, using an outside facilitator (Robert Bendorf, from Municipal Resources Group, LLC) for the purpose of crafting effective relationships and long-term county planning.
