RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the attached tenth amendment to the agreement for professional services with Quincy Engineering, Inc. regarding the provision of design engineering and project development services pertaining to the replacement of the Pine Hill Road Bridge; and
2. Direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) fully executed original copies of the attached tenth amendment to the agreement for professional services with Quincy Engineering, Inc. to the Department of Public Works for further processing.

DISCUSSION:
On Apr. 3, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved the agreement for professional services regarding the provision of design engineering and project development services for the Pine Hill Road Bridge Replacement Project ("Professional Services Agreement") with Quincy Engineering, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $290,000 (Attachment 1). The term of the Professional Services Agreement was originally set to expire on Feb. 13, 2013. However, on Jan. 3, 2013, and Jun. 25, 2014, the Department of Public Works agreed to extend the term of the Professional Services Agreement to Jun. 30, 2014, and Jun. 30, 2016, respectively (Attachments 2 and 3).
