RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the attached first amendment to the Amended Planning Agreement to Undertake Feasibility Study of a Potential Licensing Proposal for the Potter Valley Project with California Trout, Inc., Mendocino County Inland Water and Power Commission and Sonoma County Water Agency;
2. Authorize the Chair of the Board to execute any and all subsequent amendments to the Amended Planning Agreement to Undertake Feasibility Study of a Potential Licensing Proposal for the Potter Valley Project with California Trout, Inc., Mendocino County Inland Water and Power Commission and Sonoma County Water Agency after review and approval by County Counsel and the County Administrative Office; and
3. Direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) fully executed original copy of the attached first amendment to the Amended Planning Agreement to Undertake Feasibility Study of a Potential Licensing Proposal for the Potter Valley Project with California Trout, Inc., Mendocino County Inland Water and Power Commission and Sonoma County Water Agency to Public Works - Environmental Services for further processing.

DISCUSSION:
On June 18, 2019 (Item C-20), the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors approved, and authorized the execution of, the Amended Planning Agreement to Undertake Feasibility Study of a Potential Licensing Proposal for the Potter Valley Project ("Amended Planning Agreement") with California Trout, Inc., Mendocino County Inland Water and Power Commission and Sonoma County Water Agency.
