Participation Agreement with North Coast Health Improvement and Information Network
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign three (3) originals of the Participation Agreement between DHHS-Mental Health and the North Coast Health Improvement and Information Network (NCHIIN); and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) fully executed original agreements to the DHHS-Contract Unit.
