Second Option to Extend the Lease Agreement with Rachael-Jill Hemmert
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the second option to extend the Lease Agreement at 824 Harris Street, Eureka, CA with Rachael-Jill Hemmert for the period of July I, 2011 through June 30, 2012; direct the Clerk of the Board to return one executed Board agenda item to the Public Works-Real Property Agent; and authorize the Public Works-Real Property Agent to send a letter notifying Rachael-Jill Hemmert that the County is exercising the second option to extend the lease for an additional one year term, from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012.
