Third Option to Extend the Lease Agreement with Rachael-Jill Hemmert
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the third option to extend the Lease Agreement at 824 Harris Street, Eureka, CA with Rachael-Jill Hemmert for the period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013; direct the Clerk of the Board to return one executed Board agenda item to the Public Works-Real Property Agent; and authorize the Public Works-Real Property Agent to send a letter notifying Rachael-Jill Hemmert that the County is exercising the third option to extend the lease for an additional one year term, from July l, 2012 through June 30, 2013.
