First Amendment to Agreement with LMT Consulting for 2014-15
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the First Amendment to Agreement with LMT Consulting for 2014-15; authorize the Chair of the Board to executed three (3) originals of the First Amendment (Attachment 2); and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed originals of the First Amendment to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Contract Unit.
