Participation Agreement with North Coast Information Network for Electronic Health Information Exchange
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign three (3) originals of the Participation Agreement between DHHS-Public Health and the North Coast Health Information Network (NCHIN); and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) fully executed original agreements to the DHHS-Contract Unit.
