Enterprise Agreement for Software Licenses, Support, and Hosting of Microsoft Exchange Online
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the County Purchasing Agent to execute the attached Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, and all related documents attached hereto, regarding the implementation, conversion, licensing, support and hosting services required for Microsoft Exchange Online; grant a waiver from the provisions of the Nuclear Free Ordinance; and authorize the County Purchasing Agent to execute all necessary amendments to the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement after review by County Counsel and Risk Management.
