Memorandum of Agreement with North Coast Health Information Network
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with North Coast Health Information Network (NCHIN); authorize the Chair to sign three (3) originals of the MOA; authorize the Assistant Director of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to sign future amendments to the MOA if necessary; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) certified Board Report to the DHHS-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Mental Health Administration.
