Thank you for sending us this letter. I was under the impression that the State Controller’s review report would be issued and provide us direction on how to complete the requested report given the circumstances surrounding it. Would you happen to know whether that report has already been issued and/or delivered? Shall we move forward with completing the report despite not being able to certify its accuracy?
