Humboldt County;  
4. Authorize issuance of an advanced payment in the amount of  
Seventy-Two Thousand Dollars ($72,000.00) to Boys & Girls Club  
of the Redwoods for the provision of the services required  
pursuant to the terms and condition of the attached  
professional services agreement for the period of July 1, 2026  
through June 30, 2027; and
