execute any and all subsequent amendments to the attached  
professional services agreement with Area 1 Agency on Aging,  
after review and approval by County Counsel, Risk Management  
and the County Administrative Office; and  
3. Find that paying Area 1 Agency on aging in advance for the  
provision of the administrative support services required  
pursuant to the terms and conditions of the attached  
professional services agreement will serve a public purpose by  
ensuring continuity of support services provided to older adults

4. Authorize issuance of an advance payment in the amount of

Ordinance with regard to the attached transitional rent provider  
agreement with Partnership HealthPlan of California; and  
2. Approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the  
attached transitional rent provider agreement with Partnership  
HealthPlan of California regarding the provision of transitional  
rent services to eligible Medi-Cal recipients who are  
experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, homelessness within  
Humboldt County; and  
3. Authorize the Department of Health and Human Services -  
Social Services Director, or a designee thereof, to execute any  
and all subsequent amendments to, and any other agreements,  
certifications, attestations and documents directly associated  
with, the attached transitional rent provider agreement with  
Partnership HealthPlan of California, after review and approval  
by County Counsel, Risk Management and the County  
Administrative Office; and  
4. Direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) fully executed  
electronic copy of the attached transitional rent provider  
agreement with Partnership HealthPlan of California to the  
Department of Health and Human Services - Contract Unit for  
further processing.

2. Authorize the DHHS - CWS Director, or a designee thereof, to  
execute any and all subsequent amendments to the professional  
services agreement with McKinleyville Community Collaborative,

2. Authorize the Department of Health and Human Services -  
Behavioral Health Director, or a designee thereof, to execute any  
and all subsequent amendments to, and any other agreements,  
certifications, attestations and documents directly associated  
with, the attached memorandum of understanding with the
