At the October 19, 2017 public workshop on the proposed CCLUO, Commissioners expressed they wanted to continue reviewing the draft ordinance in a public workshop format at the meeting on November 2nd, which is the date to which the public hearing on the ordinance was continued. Accordingly, staff recommends the Commission open the public hearing for the CCLUO amendments at the meeting on November 2nd, and continue the public hearing to the meeting on November 16th, 2017 without deliberating or taking public comment. Then as a separate action, staff recommends the Commission open the continued public workshop on the CCLUO taking up where we left off reviewing the Performance Standards section of the ordinance. | continued | Pass |
