The redwood to be removed is 22 to 24 inches in diameter and 80 feet in height. There are no alternative locations on the property to site the detached garage that would result in no tree removal. Woody debris less than 4 inches will be chipped and hauled away by the timber operator. The larger chunks of wood will be cut into random lengths and left on the parcel.
