DISCUSSION:
The Great Redwood Trail Agency will have one at-large vacancy as of April 12, 2024, due to the term expiration of Jeff Hunerlach.
A Notice of Vacancy has been posted per the Board of Supervisors Protocol. A separate agenda item will be brought back on May 7, 2024, for the consideration of appointment to fill the vacancy.

All appointed members will be required to comply with the California Fair Political Practices Form 700 requirements as well as completing AB1234 Ethics Training every 2 years.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is minimal financial impact to the posting of a vacancy for a commission member.
