That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Adopt the proclamation and receive the Humboldt Child Abuse Prevention Coordinating Council (CAPCC) annual report.

DISCUSSION:
The Board of Supervisors would like to recognize CAPCC and the many community agencies that provide valuable services to raise awareness and prevent child abuse in our community by proclaiming April 2024 as Child Abuse Prevention Month in Humboldt County and hear the CAPCC annual report.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact to adopting a proclamation.
