Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Authorize the Chair to sign the resolution; and
2. Send a fully executed resolution to Executive Director of the Southern Humboldt Chamber & Visitors Center at 782 Redwood Drive, Garberville, CA 95542 or chamber@garberville.org.

DISCUSSION:
The Southern Humboldt Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center has requested the Board of Supervisors pass a resolution, required by Caltrans, authorizing the closure of portions of Locust Street, Melville Road, Redwood Drive and Conger Street on June 15, 2024 from 11 am - noon for the annual Garberville Rodeo Parade.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact to the county for this traffic resolution.
