DISCUSSION:
This year National public Health Week is from April 1 to 7, 2024 and this year’s theme is “Protection, Connecting, and Thriving: We Are All Public Health”. The Board of Supervisors encourages everyone including public health professionals, students, elected leaders, activists, and the public to do what they can to make our world a more equitable, safe, healthy, and just place.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact to a ceremonial proclamation.
