The Humboldt County Transition-Age Youth Collaboration is a youth advocacy and leadership development organization dedicated to empowering young people with lived experience to transform the foster care, juvenile justice, mental health and homelessness services systems, and much more.
The Board of Supervisors would like to recognize and commend the work of the Humboldt County Transition-Age Youth Collaboration for 16 years of youth advocacy and leadership.
The Board encourages the community to join the celebration.
