That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Reappoint Sylvia DeRooy to the Housing Authority as the At-Large Senior Tenant Commissioner.

DISCUSSION:
The Clerk of Boards office has been notified by email that the Housing Authority is recommending the reappointment of Sylvia DeRooy to the Housing Authority as the at large senior member. Sylvia is an active member of the commission and would also like to continue to serve her community. The new term end date will be an additional 4 years ending on November 7, 2027.
All appointed members will be required to comply with the California Fair Political Practices Form 700 requirements as well as completing the AB1234 Ethics training every 2 years.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact to appointing a member to the Housing Authority as they serve in a volunteer capacity and do not receive a stipend for their services.
