DISCUSSION:
The Board of Supervisors would like to send a letter of appreciation to the family of John Rice recognizing his service on the Williamson Act Advisory Commission. John was originally appointed to the commission in 2003 and was reappointed seven times as the 2nd District representative. John recently passed but his contributions and service will long be remembered and appreciated.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact to sending the letter of appreciation.
