DISCUSSION:

The Board of Supervisors would like to Proclaim the Week of April 3, 2023, as National Public Health Week whereas this year’s theme is “Centering and Celebrating Cultures in Health”. The Board further applauds the efforts of public health professionals, federal, state, and local governments, tribes, municipalities, local communities, and individuals in the many roles they play in this ever-changing work.

There is no financial impact to adopting the proclamation.
