That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Cancel the March 28, 2023 Board of Supervisors meeting.

DISCUSSION:
On March 14, 2023, the Board of Supervisors approved the creation of two (2) Offshore Wind (OSW) Ad Hoc Committees; appointing Supervisor Wilson and Supervisor Arroyo to the broader OSW Ad Hoc and Supervisor Bohn and Supervisor Bushnell to the OSW Economic Development Ad Hoc. In addition, travel to Baltimore, Maryland for the OSW Conference scheduled for March 26th through March 31st was also approved. Because Supervisor Bohn, Supervisor Bushnell and Supervisor Wilson will all be attending this conference, the Board of Supervisors is cancelling the March 28, 2023 meeting for lack of a quorum.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact to cancelling this meeting.
