1. Approve the revised Action Summary for the January 10, 2023, Board of Supervisors meeting.

DISCUSSION:
On January 24, 2023, the Board of Supervisors approved the January 10, 2023 Board of Supervisors Meeting Action Summary as submitted. However, the Clerk of the Board’s office has since been notified of an error that occurred in the January 10, 2023 Action Summary resulting in the recording of incorrect votes related to Item I-6 - Introduction of Ordinance of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Humboldt Amending Chapter 1 to Division 3 of Title III of the Humboldt County Code, Section 331-11-Incorporation of Uniform Code by Reference, Incorporating by Reference the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (MWELO). Sections 490-495, Chapter 2,7, Division 2, Title 23 in the California Code of Regulations.
The attached (corrected) Action Summary for the January 10, 2023 Board of Supervisors Meeting is to accurately reflect the vote taken by the Board on Item I-6.
