DISCUSSION:
The Clerk of the Board has been notified that member Eddie Morgan has resigned from the Human Rights Commissions. Mr. Morgan has served as a District Four representative since 2019. The Board would like to thank Mr. Morgan for his service and wish him luck on future endeavors.

There is no financial impact in sending a letter of appreciation.
