That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Authorize the Chair to sign the letter of appreciation.

DISCUSSION:
Supervisor Bushnell would like to recognize and thank Mr. Branscomb for his service as the District Two appointment to the Measure Z Committee. Mr. Branscomb has served since January 2018 and has decided to pursue other interests.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact for thanking Mr. Branscomb for his many years of service. However, it should be recognized that Measure Z funding has had a significant impact on Humboldt County.
