RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve Standard Agreement No. 22-1097-000-SA, known as the Nursery Inspection and Enforcement Program, with the California Department of Food and Agriculture in the amount of $2,423.00;

3. Grant a waiver from the provisions of the Nuclear Free Ordinance.

California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) (1100-261)

The Nursery Inspection and Enforcement program is conducted in accordance with the state-county Nursery Inspection Program Memorandum of Understanding between CDFA and the California Agricultural Commissioner's and Sealer's Association.
