Retired Public Health Officer Dr. Donald Baird has been nominated for the prestigious California Medical Association’s Frederick K.M. Plessner Memorial Award 2022. This award best exemplifies the practice and ethics of a rural practitioner. The Board of Supervisors is send a letter in support of his nomination highlighting his tremendous contributions to the public health of our community.
