DISCUSSION:
Charles Ellsworth was appointed to the Headwaters Fund Board in May 2015. He was reappointed in 2019 and his term is expiring on May 26, 2022. The Headwater Fund Board has a term limit and Mr. Ellsworth has reached it. Therefore, the Board of Supervisors would like to send a letter of appreciation to Mr. Ellsworth for his commitment and service to the County of Humboldt.
