RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve the 2022 operating budget for the Humboldt County Fair;
2. Authorize the Chair and the Clerk of the Board to sign the approved budget; and
3. Return a fully executed copy of the budget to the Humboldt County Fair Association.

DISCUSSION:
Each year the Humboldt County Fair Association Board passes an operating budget and submits the approved budget to the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors for approval and signature by the Board Chair and Clerk of the Board. The Humboldt County Fair Association Board approved their 2022 Operating Budget on May 2, 2022 and is now requesting the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors’ approval.
