That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Hear the presentation; and
2. Consider sending the State California Fish and Game Commission the attached letter based off the presentation information.

DISCUSSION:
The Humboldt County Fish and Game Advisory Commission (HCFGAC) would like to present to the Board of Supervisors information regarding the proposed low flow closure on the Eel River Estuary. They have asked that the Board of Supervisors to consider sending a letter to the California Fish and Game Commission prior to the June 15-16 Commission meeting. The letter asks that the State Commission exempt the section of the Eel River from the mouth to Fulmor Road at the paved junction with the south bank of the Eel River. HCFGAC member, Kenny Priest, will be present for the discussion.
