Recommendation

1) Find that the Strombeck Minor Subdivision and Planned Unit Development project is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15183 of the State CEQA Guidelines, 2) make all of the required findings for approval of the Minor Subdivision and Planned Unit Development; and 3) approve the proposed Strombeck Minor Subdivision and Planned Unit Development subject to the recommended conditions.
