The parcel being divided is currently developed with two residences, a barn, sheds, and a greenhouse. All existing development will be located on Parcel 1 with Parcel 2 being vacant for future development. Septic testing has been completed for parcel 2. Additionally, a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement may be required for the installation of a culvert within a Class III watercourse.  

 

Recommendation

1) Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program prepared for the Lang Minor Subdivision, project pursuant to Section 15074 of the State CEQA Guidelines, 2) make all of the required findings for approval of the Minor Subdivision 3) approve the proposed Lang Minor Subdivision subject to the recommended conditions.
