That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Continue the Public Hearing to a Date Uncertain.

The appellant has paid the fee associated with filing this appeal.
DISCUSSION:
The project was continued to the May 10, 2022, Board of Supervisors meeting to allow the applicant/appellant to review certain aspects of the Humboldt County General Plan and Zoning Ordinance that were not understood at the time of filing the appeal. Subsequently, the applicant/appellant requested that the project be put on hold while they pursue all available options. If the project comes back to the Board of Supervisors, it will be noticed at a later date.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There will be no impact on the General Fund. The applicant is responsible for paying all actual costs involved.
