1. Authorize the Chair to sign the resolution and direct the Clerk of the Board to forward a copy of the signed resolution to Linsey Jones, Executive Director of the Willow Creek Chamber of Commerce, 38919 CA-299, Willow Creek, CA 95573

DISCUSSION:
Willow Creek will be holding the annual “Big Foot Daze” parade on Saturday, July 9, 2022. The event will begin on Willow Lane and proceed East on Highway 299 to the Patriot Gas Station. The event will last approximately one hour. Cal Trans requires a resolution from the Board which recognizes and supports the event.
