1. Consider making the At-Large appointment representing the community

DISCUSSION:
At the February 15, 2022 Board of Supervisors meeting, the Board was notified that there were two at large vacancies on the Housing Trust Fund and Homelessness Solution Committee. These vacancies have existed for some time and the committee asked the clerk to repost the vacancies. Applications were received and previous applicants were contacted to inquire about interest.
This appointment would be for a four-year term with an expiration date of May 3, 2026.
There is current one application included.

ALTERNATIVES TO STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS:
The Board could postpone the appointment for other application to be received however, this vacancy has existed for a long period of time and there will be another vacancy occurring within the month due to term expirations.
