RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Adopt the attached Ordinance No. _______, amending Humboldt County Code ??261.5-1 et seq.
2. Direct the Clerk of the Board, within 15 days after adoption, to publish a post adoption summary of the ordinance with the names of the Supervisors voting for and against the ordinance and direct the Clerk to post in the office of the Clerk of the Board a certified copy of the full text of the ordinance.

DISCUSSION:
On April 19, 2022, the above ordinance was introduced for adoption, with a directive to the Clerk of the Board to publish a pre-adoption summary of the ordinance and set the ordinance for adoption at least 1 week away. This action completes adoption of the ordinance and will result in publication of a post-adoption summary.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact to your Board's adoption of the amendments to Humboldt County Code ?? 261.5-1 et seq other than staff time to prepare the agenda item.
