Recommendation

Adopt the resolution to 1) Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for the Jackson Major Subdivision, project pursuant to Section 15074 of the State CEQA Guidelines, 2) adopt the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program prepared for the Jackson Major Subdivision, 3)  make all of the required findings for approval and 4) approve the proposed Jackson Major Subdivision project subject to the recommended conditions.
