1. Appoint Loren Coty to the Fortuna Cemetery District.

DISCUSSION:
The Fortuna Cemetery District has one vacancy on their Board due to a resignation. Supervisor Bushnell is recommending the appointment of Loren Coty to fill that vacancy. The term for appointment would be for four years and would expire on January 11, 2026.
