Recommendation

Adopt the Resolution to 1) find the project Categorically Exempt under Sections 15303 and 15305 of the State CEQA Guidelines; 2) make the required findings for approval of the Coastal Development Permit, Special Permit and Notice of Merger; and 3) approve the ASCENSO project as recommended by staff and subject to the recommended conditions.
