Recommendation

Adopt the Resolution which does the following: 1) Finds the project exempt from environmental review pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines §15321(a), 2) make the finding that the project site is in violation of Humboldt County Code, recommend that the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors revoke the approved Humboldt Holistics, Inc., Zoning Clearance Certificate.
