Recommendation

Adopt the Resolution to: 1) Find the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15061(b)(3), 2) make all required findings for approval of the Parcel Map Subdivision, including the exception needed for right-of-way less than the standard 50-foot width requirement for a category 4 road., and 3) approve the Martin Parcel Map Subdivision subject to the recommended conditions.
