Recommendation

Adopt the Resolution to 1) find the project categorically exempt under Section 15303 (a) of the State CEQA Guidelines; 2) make the required findings for approval of the Coastal Development Permit and Special Permit; and 3) approve the Coccia Coastal Development Permit and Special Permit as recommended by staff and subject to the recommended findings and conditions of approval.
