Recommendation

Find that the project is exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15270 of the CEQA Guidelines (projects which are disapproved), find that the project is not consistent with the requirements of the Humboldt County Code, and adopt the resolution denying the proposed Westpoint Timberland Special Permits.
