Recommendation

Find the project exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15270 of the State CEQA Guidelines (projects which are disapproved), make the finding that the project is inconsistent with the Humboldt County General Plan and Zoning Ordinance, and adopt the resolution denying the proposed Stott Billboard Conditional Use Permit.
