Recommendation

Find the proposed project exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15301 (existing facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines and make all of the required findings for approval of the Conditional Use Permit and adopt the Resolution approving the Big Foot Cannabis Company, LLC Project subject to the recommended conditions.
