No change to the original project is proposed. This is the third extension requested and if approved, the extension will expire on June 14, 2023.

Recommendation

Make all the required findings for approval of the Final Map extension, and adopt the resolution approving the Beau Pre Heights Final Map Extension subject to the recommended conditions of approval.
