Two Special Use Permits, one for cannabis manufacturing and one for cannabis processing, both occurring within one (1) existing 2,000 square foot (SF) commercial metal building. The project also proposes the installation of a 10’ x 60’ loading zone and six (6) parking stalls, including one (1) accessible stall with a striped unloading area for people with disabilities.
Recommendation
Find that the Planning Commission has considered the Addendum to the Mitigated Negative Declaration adopted for the Commercial Medical Marijuana Land Use Ordinance pursuant to Section 15164 of the State CEQA Guidelines, make all the required findings for approval of the Special Permit and adopt the Resolution approving the Kenneth Holland project subject to the recommended conditions.
