ALTERNATIVES TO STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS:

The Board may choose not to approve the attached professional services agreement with Redwood Community Action Agency regarding the provision of supportive services to emancipated and former foster youth residing in Humboldt County as part of the THP-Plus program.  However, this alternative is not recommended since it will limit DHHS - Child Welfare Services’ ability to provide needed supportive services to emancipated and former foster youth residing in Humboldt County.
